PURCHASER'S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

If the buyer reports the defect of an item after 24 hours of receiving the order, the seller is not responsible for the return. In these cases, the Seller will send the same new product to the buyer.
If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by mistake of the Seller, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
